Volo, IL. – El pasado 2 de diciembre, aproximadamente a las 10:00 a. m., agentes del sheriff del condado de Lake fueron enviados a la cuadra 600 de Timpani Place, Volo, por agresión doméstica agravada.
La víctima huyó a la casa de un vecino y llamó al 911 cuando el delincuente, Thammaya Siackhasone, de 39 años, de la cuadra 2700 de Hartigan Road, Volo, huyó de la escena en su vehículo.
Mientras respondía a la escena, un oficial del sheriff alerta, vio a Siackhasone huyendo y realizó una parada de tráfico en su automóvil. Investigaciones posteriores revelaron que Siackhasone llegó a la casa de la víctima para recoger a sus hijos en común. Ambos niños tienen menos de 10 años. Después de recuperar a los niños de la víctima, Siackhasone les dijo a los niños que esperaran en su vehículo.
Sin autorización ni permiso, Siackhasone entró en la casa de la víctima. Siackhasone comenzó a golpear y agredir sexualmente a la víctima. A uno de los niños le preocupaba que la Siackhasone tardara tanto en regresar al automóvil, por lo que entró y fue testigo de algunos de los abusos. La víctima pudo liberarse y huyó de la vivienda.
Durante la agresión, Siackhasone le dijo a la víctima que tenía la intención de matarla a ella y a los niños. Después de revisar los hechos y circunstancias del caso, la Oficina del Fiscal del Estado del Condado de Lake aprobó los siguientes cargos:

La víctima fue atendida en un hospital del área por sus heridas. Siackhasone permanece recluido en la cárcel del condado de Lake en espera de una audiencia judicial inicial. Todos los acusados se presumen inocentes a menos que se pruebe su culpabilidad en un tribunal de justicia.
Man sexually assault his ex
On December 2, 2022, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Lake County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of Timpani Place, Volo, for an aggravated domestic battery. The victim fled to a neighbor’s home and called 911 as the offender, Thammaya Siackhasone, 39, of the 2700 block of Hartigan Road, Volo, fled from the scene in his vehicle.
While responding to the scene, an alert Lake County Sheriff’s Deputy spotted Siackhasone fleeing and conducted a traffic stop on his car. Further investigation revealed Siackhasone arrived at the victim’s home to pick up their children in common. Both children are under the age of 10. After retrieving the children from the victim, Siackhasone told the children to wait in his vehicle.
Without authority or permission, Siackhasone then went inside the victim’s home. Siackhasone began battering and sexually assaulting the victim. One of the children was concerned it was taking Siackhasone so long to come back to the car, so the child went inside and witnessed some of the abuse. The victim was able to get free and fled from the home.
During the battery, Siackhasone told the victim he intended to kill her and the children. After reviewing the facts and circumstances of the case, the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office approved the following charges:
Home Invasion
Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault
Aggravated Domestic Battery
Attempt Criminal Sexual Assault
Criminal Trespass to Residence
Interfering with the Reporting of Domestic Violence
Siackhasone in jail
The victim was treated at an area hospital for her injuries. Siackhasone remains held in the Lake County Jail pending an initial court hearing. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
