Villa del lago, Illinois. – El sábado 14 de mayo, de 10:30 a. m. al mediodía, New Illinois, Inc. llevará a cabo una reunión comunitaria informativa en la Biblioteca del distrito de Lake Villa, 140 N Munn Road, Lindenhurst, IL. El evento será organizado por el candidato a la Junta del Condado, Jim Mitchell.
Los oradores incluirán a G.H. Merritt, cofundador y presidente estatal de New Illinois. La reunión explicará el movimiento en todo el Estado de Illinois que busca la formación de un nuevo estado separado del Viejo Illinois y el Condado de Cook.

New Illinois Meeting
On Saturday, May 14, from 10:30 am to Noon, New Illinois, Inc. will hold an informational town hall meeting at the Lake Villa District Library, 140 N Munn Road, Lindenhurst, IL. The event will be hosted by County Board Candidate Jim Mitchell.
Speakers will include G.H. Merritt, co-founder and State Chairman of New Illinois. The meeting will explain the movement throughout the State of Illinois seeking the formation of a new state separate from Old Illinois and Cook County.
“The United States Constitution gives us the right to representative state government. But Illinois is a corrupt, failed state. Illinois gives power to favored people, groups, and municipalities—notably Chicago and Cook County—which means it’s not fulfilling its responsibilities to the rest of its citizens. This corruption and lack of accountability has created a financial disaster.
The United States Constitution also gives us the right to pursue the formation of a new state separate from the State of Illinois. Article IV, Section 3 provides us with the process.
