Mundelein, IL. – Mundelein Public Works and Engineering en asociación con Elgin Recycling https://www.elginrecycling.com/ es el anfitrión del programa anual de reciclaje de luces navideñas. Cualquier persona interesada en reciclar sus luces navideñas usadas puede llevar sus artículos a una de las siguientes ubicaciones entre las 8:30 a.m. y las 3:30 p.m., de lunes a viernes desde ahora hasta el 31 de enero de 2020.

-Village Hall, 300 Plaza Circle
-Instalaciones de Obras Públicas, 440 E. Crystal Street
-Estación de bomberos # 1, 1000 N. Midlothian Road
-Departamento de Policía, 221 N. Lake Street (nivel inferior)
Tenga en cuenta
Solo se tomarán los hilos de luz; Las bombillas no tienen que retirarse de los hilos, pero deben retirarse de las cajas y / o plástico. No podemos aceptar adornos de césped, otras decoraciones navideñas o hebras de luz conectadas a coronas, guirnaldas u otro material. Los residentes que dejan las luces apagadas en el Village Hall están limitados a dos hilos de 25 pies o una longitud equivalente.

Holiday Lights Recycling Program
Mundelein Public Works and Engineering in partnership with Elgin Recycling https://www.elginrecycling.com/ is hosting the annual holiday lights recycling program. Anyone interested in recycling their used holiday lights can bring their items to one of the following locations between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday from now through January 31, 2020.
Recycling Locations:
-Village Hall, 300 Plaza Circle
-Public Works Facility, 440 E. Crystal Street
-Fire Station #1, 1000 N. Midlothian Road
-Police Department, 221 N. Lake Street (lower level)
Please note
Only the light strands themselves will be taken; bulbs do not have to be removed from the strands but should be removed from boxes and/or plastic. We cannot accept lawn ornaments, other holiday decorations, or light strands connected to wreaths, garlands, or other material. Residents dropping lights off at the Village Hall are limited to two 25-foot strands or equivalent length.
