Las loterías se llevarán a cabo el martes, 12 de diciembre de 2023 a las 1:00 p. m. en el vestíbulo de Lake County Main Courthouse (Edificio Principal Tribunal del Condado de Lake), ubicado en 18 North County Street, Waukegan; para determinar el orden de colocación de la boleta para el primer y último candidato que se presentaron simultáneamente en la Oficina del Secretario del Condado de Lake para la Elecciones Primarias Generales del 19 de marzo de 2024.
