Lake County, IL. – On July 17, 2019, Lake County Sheriff John Idleburg and Lake County State’s Attorney Michael Nerheim hosted a seminar to police executives and police supervisors to better understand the Firearms Restraining Order Law (FRO), which went into effect on January 1, 2019.
