Lake County, IL.- On April 5, 2019, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Team in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Service – Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force (USMS-GLRFTF), apprehended Juan C. Castaneda-Adame, 20, of the 900 block of Evanston Street, Hoffman Estates.
On April 2, 2019, following a Round Lake Beach Police Department investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Castaneda-Adame for Child Pornography (Class 1 Felony), Grooming (Class 4 Felony), and Intimidation (Class 3 Felony).
Members of the Sheriff’s Warrants Team developed information Castaneda-Adame was working at a business in the 1200 block of West Central Road, Arlington Heights. Warrants Deputies conducted surveillance, located him, and apprehended him on April 5th, without incident.
Castaneda-Adame remains held in the Lake County Jail on $100,000.00 bail. He is due back in court on May 2, 2019, at 1:30PM in courtroom T110.
