Mundelein, IL. – Mundelein High School is now seeking nominations for alumni to honor for 2019 as Distinguished Alumni. The event is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 21 which is also Homecoming Weekend for Mundelein High School. Nominations will be accepted from February 5 through April 14.

Anyone may nominate an MHS graduate for the award; however, an email address for the nominee is required. In addition, graduates may nominate themselves and graduates who are deceased also may be nominated.
“Mundelein High School graduates have consistently shown that they take their MHS education and use that to do good in the world in many different ways,” said Kevin Myers, MHS District 120 Superintendent. “We are very proud of our alumni and we enjoy using this awards banquet as a way to recognize them for what they are doing,” he said.
To nominate an MHS graduate for the award, visit the MHS website at www.d120.org, look under “MHS Community” and select “Alumni.”
“This is a great opportunity to recognize Mundelein High School alumni who are making significant contributions to society and their communities,” said Ron Girard, public information officer and chairman of the Distinguished Alumni Award committee. “It’s a special evening to recognize graduates who showcase how they used their Mundelein High School education to excel and to make a difference.”
