Waukegan, IL. – More than 40 Waukegan High School seniors were recognized recently by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) as “Illinois State Scholars.”
Forty-three WHS seniors earned the designation as an Illinois State Scholar from the ISAC. The honor is given annually to students across the state based on ACT or SAT test scores, unweighted class rank and Grade Point Average (GPA).
