Waukegan, IL. – The voices, instruments and colorful costumes of the 100-plus students who participated in Waukegan’s May 10 Mariachi Festival brought the music and culture of mariachi to life. The event took place at Waukegan High School’s Brookside Campus, bringing together families, community members and friends for a night of music, dancing and singing.
