Waukegan, IL. – A bowl of candy, a bag of treats, a dish of tasty sugary sweets, highlights the Waukegan Park District Halloween Trick or Treat Trail at Bowen Park, located on the corner of Sheridan Road and Greenwood Avenue. This year’s event will take place from 1:00-3:00pm.
Families will follow a Halloween path and interact with characters such as Tiana, Steve from Minecraft, Super Parky, Mal, Maleficent, Kylo Ren, and the Dark Voyager. Enjoy fun and spooky scenes and sounds along the way. Children have opportunities to create a Halloween craft and decorate a Halloween cookie.
The Halloween Trick or Treat Trail is fun for the entire family and admission is free! Costumes are encouraged and add to the festivities. Trail line forms on the southeast side of Bowen Park. Dogs attending the event must be kept on a leash, be friendly, and display vaccination tags. Food will be available for purchase at the event.

Halloween Trick o Treat Trail
Un tazón de dulces, una bolsa de golosinas, un plato de sabrosos dulces azucarados, destaca el Waukegan Park District Halloween Trick o Treat Trail en Bowen Park, ubicado en la esquina de Sheridan Road y Greenwood Avenue. El evento de este año tendrá lugar de 1:00-3:00 pm.
Las familias seguirán un camino de Halloween e interactuarán con personajes como Tiana, Steve de Minecraft, Super Parky, Mal, Malficent, Kylo Ren y Dark Voyager. Disfruta de escenas y sonidos divertidos y espeluznantes en el camino. Los niños tienen la oportunidad de crear un arte de Halloween y decorar una galleta de Halloween.
¡El truco de Halloween o Treat Trail es divertido para toda la familia y la entrada es gratuita! Se animan los disfraces y se suman a las festividades. La línea de senderos se forma en el lado sureste de Bowen Park. Los perros que asistan al evento deben mantenerse con correa, ser amigables y mostrar etiquetas de vacunación.
