CONSOLIDATED PRIMARY ELECTION AND BALLOT COLORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, a Consolidated Primary Election will be held for the purpose of securing an expression of sentiment and will of the voters with respect to candidates for nomination.
Voters residing within City of North Chicago Ward 2, and City of Waukegan Wards 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8; are eligible to vote.

Democratic candidates for the following offices will be nominated:
City of North Chicago
Alderperson: Ward 2

City of Waukegan
Alderpersons: Wards 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8
There is no Republican primary nor questions of public policy to be voted upon.

The colors of the primary ballot are as follows:
THE DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY BALLOT HEADING IS BLACK WITH WHITE LETTERING.
Polling places within said Election will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
