Lotteries will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Lake County Clerk’s Office, located at 18 North County Street, Room 101, Waukegan; to determine ballot placement order for the first and last candidates who filed simultaneously at the County Clerk’s Office, for the March 17, 2026, General Primary Election.

This proceeding is open to the general public.
