The Real Estate consists of 11,986 ± square foot office building situated on a 26,295 ± square foot parcel of land with the address of 742 West Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, Illinois and identified with the Lake County permanent index numbers 08-09-321-027 and 08-09-325-025. At the sale, the Real Estate in its entirety will be sold by sealed bid at a minimum price of Nine Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($900,000.00).
