Hunt Club and Grand Avenue Intersection Redesign
Construction begins Monday, June 10th; expect delays. The focus will be topsoil removal and storm sewer installation in the southwest quadrant of the intersection while temporary lighting and traffic signals are installed.
Off-roadway activities behind the curb will begin daily at 6:00 AM. When daily lane closures are required, work will be scheduled during off-peak hours to not interfere with rush hour traffic.
The Pace Bus Route 565 stop at Hunt Club/Westbrook will be temporarily out of service beginning Friday, June 14th. During construction, Pace will temporarily relocate the stop to the northwest corner of Gurnee Mills.
