Round Lake, IL. – Oficiales del Sheriff del Condado de Lake acudieron a una residencia en la cuadra 24500 de West Forest Avenue, zona no incorporada de Round Lake, por un robo en hechos registrados el pasado 23 de octubre, aproximadamente a las 12:30 a. m.
La investigación preliminar muestra que después de una fiesta en una residencia, un hombre de 23 años de Round Lake y un hombre de 20 años de Round Lake Beach salieron de la residencia. Se les acercó un hombre que tenía una pistola (descripción desconocida en este momento). El hombre con el arma robó a ambas víctimas y golpeó a ambos en la cabeza con la pistola. Ambas víctimas sufrieron heridas graves y fueron transportadas a un hospital del área para recibir tratamiento.
Se desconoce si hubo disparos durante el robo. El incidente sigue siendo investigado por la División de Investigaciones Criminales de la Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Lake.

Round Lake Robbery
On October 23, 2022, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Lake County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence in the 24500 block of West Forest Avenue, Unincorporated Round Lake, for a robbery.
Preliminary investigation shows following a party at a residence, a 23-year-old man of Round Lake and a 20-year-old man of Round Lake Beach, exited the residence. They were approached by a man who had a pistol (description unknown at this time). The man with the gun robbed both victims and struck both in the head with the pistol. Both victims sustained serious injuries and were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
It is unknown if shots were fired during the robbery. The incident remains under investigation by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.
